Terms and Conditions of Hire
Care, Protection and care of Property
As our valued customer upon receipt of our hired
equipment, the responsibility for these items
are yours. Should theft or damage occur to the
equipment under your care and control, you have
an obligation for replacement, either through a
cash settlement or claim on your own insurance.
Cartage and Labour Fees
Where goods are delivered and picked up by
the company a cartage and labour fee will be
charged depending on distance and degree of
difficulty involved.
Bond
Cash deposits will be refunded on return of the
hired items. Bonds by cheque will be refunded 10
working days after date of return of equipment.
Cash deposits may only be collected at the office
or refunded to you by cheque.
Cancellation
In the event of a cancellation 48 hours prior to
event a 25% cancellation fee will apply. Should
cancellation occur within 48 hours of event total
charges apply.

We reserve the right to alter charges without
notice.
Extra charges are applied for delivery and
collection.
A charge will be made for goods which are
lost, damaged and/or unwashed.
